MERO-SCHMIDLIN have recently completed the final touches to the 8m refurbishment of 450 South Oak Way in Green Park Reading for ISG plc. The Barr Gazetas Architects designed Category 'A' Fit Out for Oxford Properties has involved a complete reworking of both the internal and external space including a very complex cantilevered extension. The scope of works was as follows:
